If you are like me, you dread coming home at the end of a long day not knowing what you’ll have for dinner. Trying to create a meal on the spot with limited ingredients can be stressful. Busy lifestyles often send us running through a drive-thru with limited choices.

Get recipes and grocery lists delivered to your inbox each week.

All of the recipes have been developed and taste tested by registered dietitians and emphasize real, whole foods with easy to follow recipes.

The meal plans focus on balanced meals and include many nutrient dense foods to stabilize blood sugar levels, normalize hormones, and decrease inflammation.

These plans are not meant to be restrictive. Feel free to add in your favorite meals, snacks and desserts. Remember all foods fit and healthy eating is what happens over a length of time and not what you eat in any single meal.

I'll work with you to create a tailored Nutrition Prescription to reach your health and lifestyle goals.

You will receive a new meal plan each week on the EATLOVE platform

Meal plans are flexible and customizable. If you see something you don’t want to eat, simply swap the recipe out with another of the 3000 recipes available in the platform.

Print your grocery list or connect to instacart, Amazon or walmart directly from the platform

After you have made your final meal choices, you can create a grocery list of all ingredients needed for your meals. Remove items you have on hand. Print or e-mail your list for grocery shopping. You also have the timesaving option of ordering grocery delivery directly from the platform!

Signature Package

Includes 4 sessions

1 Initial Consult (60-90 minutes)

$325 Self-Pay

Meal plans are included with insurance covered visits. I currently accept Aetna and Cigna for nutrition consults.

Accountability Membership

30 minute consult per month to refine and realign your goals.

Weekly motivational e-mails.

Message access for nutrition questions.

$75 per month

 

Meal Planning Only Membership

15 Minute Onboarding Session to discuss your goals and develop your meal plan prescription. This is great for clients that don’t need accountability, and just want the convenience of having their meals planned for them. This membership is also great for those in a maintenance phase after coaching packages are complete.

$29 per month

 
 

Types of meal plans available include General Healthy Eating, Low FODMAP, PCOS, Diabetes, Elimination, TTC, Pregnancy and Lactation.
